In terms of therapy costs, all associates of My Online Psychologist are Clinical or Counselling Psychologists or BABCP accredited CBT Therapists and run their own independent practice. Therefore, they set their own fees. These can range between practitioners depending on level of training, experience, difficulties treated and day/time of appointment. Typically though, fees range between £85-£100 for a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist and £110-£140 for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist.
Many associates are approved providers for AXA, Aviva, Bupa, Cigna, Healix, Vitality and WPA.
A question I’m often asked is how many sessions will be required. This is a very tricky question to answer prior to an assessment, but in general treatment can be between 4-16 sessions.
